Josh arrived on time ready to work. He listened to my issue with the ceiling fan ( fan worked, no lights after Replacing receiver) & got to work. After correcting a wiring issue he determined a different remote/ receiver would be needed in order to dim the lights. He purchased the items & installed them. Lights still would not dim, even though he had used these same parts many times successfully. Turned out the manual did not mention the key press sequence on the remote necessary to activate the dimming function. Josh would not give up, & found the key sequence on YouTube! Fan & lights now work perfectly. A great job by a true professional. Also, no extra charge for the additional troubleshooting. Can not recommend DSE enough!

Cuyler was very professional and easy to talk with. He answered all our questions. The quote he gave to install a new ceiling fan box and add a switch to control the fan was very reasonable. This job was not easy because there was no attic access. The day of the installation he communicated ahead of time to notify us he was a few minutes away. I loved that he came on time. Cuyler was very careful to keep the area neat and clean. I would highly recommend using DSE for any of your electrical projects. I have used them twice now and will be using them again for all my future projects.

I had a huge fire hazard at my house from a main breaker deciding to fry itself. Called them in the afternoon and they managed to squeeze me in for service same day. They took care of it and even guided me in the right directions for another part of my house that got fried by the main breaker, and put some safety precautions over exposed electrical wires. These guys care about their clients and are willing to go above and beyond just to help out. Fair price too considering the circumstances. Would definitely use again for electrical needs.

When Julie answered, this company was legit. After a bad experience with a popular company where the contractor called two hours before with "Car Trouble" I'd say go with these folks. Here is why: Julie on the phone is excellent and never lost patience with my story. I appreciated that and she quickly found me an appointment time the next day which I was grateful for. Technician Experience: I've seen a few electricians, some with an attitude problem, but this guy who showed up was excellent. Chris took time to talk, listened to my useless banter and never said a word. He took a look at what I wanted done, and got what I did not understand done! Being that I have other things I will no doubt need done, I will be requesting Chris. I trust the guy. Final Notes: Go with these folks as they tell it like it is and let you know right out the gate when they look at the job what it will cost. No one quotes over the phone. You called because you don't know like I did!! Talk to these folks first!!

We had a great experience using DSE. Chris was the technician who provided the quote and also did the work. We had old fluorescent lights from the 80s in our kitchen and we wanted to update it with recessed lighting. He did a great job with that as well as adding a new outlet and mounting our TV above our fireplace. At DSE, they are friendly, affordable, reliable, and provide great quality workmanship. We will definitely use them again.
